I believe in providing an excellent service at a fair price. There are window washers out there willing to clean your windows at cut-rate, cheap prices. But be careful because you'll get what you pay for!

• We own 5 different size ladders.  We'll use poles only if a ladder can't be placed safely.

Give us a call for a written estimate so you'll know exactly what it will cost to clean the windows at your home.  It simply depends on the size of the window and door.  For instance, a transom window starts at $2.00 in/out, an ordinary window starts at $4.00 in/out and patio/french and sliding doors are around $7.00 in/out.  We price per window and per door and not per pane.  Per pane jacks up the price.  Pricing per window and door and based on individual size is the fairest way to us and you. 

All glass is cleaned with precision tools and "green" solutions.  The estimate is what you will pay unless you ask for extra services while we are on the job.  The cost will be for cleaning both sides of the glass (inside and outside) and for any screens.  But you are the boss so you tell us what you want cleaned.  Just the inside?  Just the outside?  Just the lakeside of the house?  No problem! 

We can clean ceiling fans and bases, and we do bathroom mirrors and glass shower enclosures, too!

The first time you employ us, it is recommended that you have your windows professionally cleaned both inside and outside. But, if you prefer, we will do only the outside and screens.  Many of my customers have the whole house cleaned once per year and the outside twice a year.  If you would like to be put on regular cleaning schedule, then I can do that and save you money.
