I believe in providing an excellent service at a fair price. There are window washers out there willing to clean your windows at cut-rate, cheap prices. But be careful because you'll get what you pay for!

Give me a call for a free written estimate so you'll know exactly what it will cost to clean the windows at your home.  It simply depends on the size and location of the window and door.  For instance, a transom window starts at $2.00 in/out, an ordinary double-hung window starts at $5.00 in/out and patio/sliding doors are $5.00 in/out.  I price per window and per door and not per pane.  Per pane jacks up the price.  Pricing per window and door and based on individual size is the fairest way to us and you. 

The estimate is what you will pay unless you ask for extra services while I am on the job.  You are the boss so you tell us what you want cleaned.  Just the inside?  Just the outside?  Some of each?  No problem! 

At first, it is recommended that you have your windows professionally cleaned both inside and outside. But, if you prefer, I'll only do the outside and any screens.  Many of my customers have the outside cleaned twice per year and the inside once per year. 

If you would like to be put on regular cleaning schedule, then I can do that and save you money.
